Digital Billboard Advertising
Digital Billboards offer a lot of flexibility and the option to run multiple advertisements during the advertising campaign. This can also include running different advertisements based on weather and time of day. Our Digital Billboards are setup to run eight (8) slots with dwells of eight (8) seconds. Multiple slots and partial slots can be used for your advertising campaign. This provides a fantastic way to reach your targeted clientele. The process to advertise on a digital billboard is:
- Determine duration of the advertisement
This can be anywhere from one day to 12 months. For longer advertisement periods, please contact us. - Check availability and pricing
- Submit information and advertisement artwork to secure the advertising placement
If advertisement artwork isn’t ready or if your company needs artwork designed, please indicate this and we will be more than happy to help!- Artwork File Specifications:
- 220 Pixels High
- 440 Pixels Wide
- Color Mode: RGB
- Resolution: 72 DPI
- Supported File Types: JPG, BMP, PNG
- Artwork File Specifications:
- Billboard proof artwork will be generated and sent to the contact provided for approval
- Billboard artwork is displayed during the advertising campaign

Please note:
1 – Client shall be fully responsible for the submitted Content, and Crestone Outdoor Media LLC shall use only such Content as submitted by the Client. Crestone Outdoor Media LLC (including any members) reserves the right to refuse any Content for any reason, and this right of refusal is at Crestone Outdoor Media LLC’s sole discretion. Crestone Outdoor Media LLC shall not be liable for the submitted Content.
Static Billboard Advertising
Static Billboards are typically changed once a month but can be changed more quickly if desired. The largest size that Crestone Outdoor Media currently supports is 12 ft x 24 ft. The process to advertise on a static billboard is:
- Determine duration of the advertisement

- Submit information and advertisement artwork to secure the advertising placement
If advertisement artwork isn’t ready or if your company needs artwork designed, please indicate this and we will be more than happy to help! - Billboard proof artwork will be generated and sent to the contact provided for approval
- Billboard vinyl is then created and printed with the approved artwork and size
- Billboard artwork is installed on the day the advertising campaign starts
Please Note:
1 – This process takes time to generate everything needed. Please plan to submit a request to advertise at least two weeks (14 days) before the targeted advertising period begins.
2 – Client shall be fully responsible for the submitted Content, and Crestone Outdoor Media LLC shall use only such Content as submitted by the Client.
